Returns
Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that, so please let us know how we can make it right.
You can return your product within 14 days, and we’ll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days. Easy returns in 3 steps!
Step 1: Fill out the return form. (Request via email)
Step 2: Send your order. Send the items along with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to send the package with a track-and-trace number. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: After receiving proof of shipment or the items themselves, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Disclaimer: Our money-back-guarantee applies only when a product was damaged in transit or delivered incomplete. Skin tight clothing, underwear, opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Further, customer results may vary. We do not guarantee that the customer gets the same results as described in our landing page, since this varies from person to person. Only consume our products as intended on the packaging.
Electronic products are non-returnable once opened, used, or activated. This is because electronic items are sensitive in nature and cannot be resold or restocked as new after use. To maintain product quality and safety standards, we only accept returns for electronic products if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations

Credit Card Payments (Amex, Visa, Mastercard): Orders placed with a credit card cannot be cancelled once confirmed. This includes any additional upsell items purchased. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will already be processed and shipped, and we cannot reverse it.

PayPal Payments: If you paid with PayPal, order and upsell cancellations are possible, but you must email us with your reason in order to request the cancellation.
Failed Delivery & Uncollected Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order and for ensuring that their parcel is received or collected within the time frame specified by the courier (typically 7 days for An Post, DHL, 4PX, and other partners).
If the customer fails to collect the parcel, is unavailable during delivery attempts, or does not respond to courier notifications or follow-up emails from customer service, this is considered failure to participate in the delivery process.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, a merchant’s delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled once a parcel is delivered to the address provided by the customer or when reasonable delivery attempts have been made.
In such cases, VitaHeritage is considered to have met its legal delivery obligation, and the customer is not entitled to a refund or replacement.
Uncollected or refused packages are not treated as valid returns under the right of withdrawal, unless the customer clearly notifies us within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation that they wish to cancel the purchase.
If a parcel is returned to our logistics partner (such as 4PX or local postal services) due to non-collection, incomplete address, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be charged return shipping, handling, and administrative fees to cover costs incurred.
These guidelines are in accordance with the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) standards and ensure fairness and compliance with EU consumer protection law.
